coolingalgorithmonpage 74.Thepercentage

youspecifyisinterpretedasthenextlowestfan

speed.

Forexample,onashelfwith10possiblespeeds,youcanachieveaspeedof4(40%)by

specifyingapercentagefrom40to49.
